FIRST TIME?

Whether you're brand new to Pilates or returning after a break, Oasis is the perfect place to start. Our instructors create a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can move at your own pace.

Before your first class:

  • Arrive 10–15 minutes early to get settled

  • Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes

  • Grip Socks are required for Reformer classes (available for purchase)

  • Bring water (no food 1–2 hours before class)

  • All equipment is provided

Our Reformer classes use state-of-the-art equipment to challenge your entire body through resistance-based movements. Perfect for building strength and control. Max 6 students per session for personalized attention.

Grounded Practice on the Mat

Mat Pilates connects you to the foundational principles of the practice. Using only your body weight, small props, and focused breathwork, you'll build core strength, stability, and flexibility.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No experience needed! All levels are welcome. Our instructors will guide you every step of the way.

  • Form-fitting, comfortable workout clothes. Avoid baggy clothing that can interfere with form. Grip socks required for Reformer (we sell them at the studio).

  • Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class to complete intake paperwork and get set up.

  • Classes can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the session. Late cancellations may result in a lost class credit.

  • Please consult your doctor first. Contact us to discuss modifications, we're happy to accommodate where possible.

  • 2–3 sessions per week is ideal for building consistency and seeing results.
